Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
If your package was missing an item please email [email protected] within 48 hours. We will issue a gift card for the missing amount or re-ship the missing item, depending on the circumstance. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or digital files.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

 

Refunds
We have a no refund policy. Please refer to "Damages and Issues" if your package is damaged or you have another issue. Once the package leaves our warehouse we have no control over the package or timeframe the shipping company takes to process and deliver your package to you. We give our customers the option to choose the shipping company of their choice, as well as, opt in to shipping insurance.
