Shipping policy

Most orders ship same day if received by 12PM CST. We do our best to maintain an accurate inventory on our website for quick shipping. Orders not shipped same day will ship within 1-2 Business days of receipt.

Free Shipping offers do not apply to P.O. Boxes. If free shipping is selected and a PO Box is provided as the shipping address, an invoice for shipping will be sent to the customer. The customer will have 24 hours to pay the shipping invoice or the order will be cancelled and refunded. 

We have no control over the shipper or their processes and can not guarantee a timeframe on when you will receive your order. The only thing WE control is how quickly we process and ship it from our warehouse. 

2 Moms Craft Shack is a small business built on great service and products and transparency. We want to serve our customers to the best of our ability but we simply can't afford to refund packages because USPS process times have increased. If your tracking information shows "IN TRANSIT" then it is in transit and still being processed by the carrier. We have no more information than this. What you see is what we see and we have no way to gather more information than that.
